Strategic Plan

The Board has spent a considerable amount of time working on a Strategic Plan that extends well beyond the current playing season. The background to the project can be sourced to a desire by the Board to bring more structure into the services the Club delivers, and ensuring that the financial resources exist to deliver the services. The Strategic Plan is as per the attachment above. All club members are welcome to provide feedback and sumissions as follows: • If you have feedback that you would like to be considered in the Strategic Plan, please forward it to parnellcc@xtra.co.nz • The Board will consider all feedback and submissions, and incorporate as appropriate into the plan. • The plan will then form a basis for the operation of the club with a particular emphasis on financial settings. ...
