Level One Coaching Modules

Auckland Cricket will now deliver the Level One coaching course in a modular format. Six modules make up the qualification and each module is delivered 3-4 times annually at different venues throughout the year. To successfully complete the qualification participants must attend all six modules within a two year period and pass the assessment components. However coaches that meet the eligibility criteria can attend one-off modules if they wish to upskill in certain areas and not undertake the full qualification. Auckland Cricket will utilise specialist tutors in the modules (e.g. Matt Horne for batting) and introduce an umpiring module in conjunction with the Auckland Cricket Umpires Association which doubles as an umpiring qualification. Attached is a schedule of modules for 2010. Coaches can register by filling in the attached schedule and faxing/emailing/sending it to Kieran McMillan at Auckland Cricket, or they can register online on the Auckland Cricket website under the 'Coaching' tab.
